One side of the cutting board has a juice groove that catches the meat juice, the other side is smooth. Both sides can be used for carving and serving. For example, the rectangular cutting board is suitable for carving and serving fish and roasts, but also for presenting and serving tapas. Never soak your wooden cutting board. Wash it with warm water and mild soap. Not dishwasher safe. To prolong its life, treat the surface with cooking oil several times a year. The product is made of FSC certified oak.
