Merino wool is naturally durable and insulating, especially when properly cared for. Wash only when necessary using a gentle wool detergent. Avoid fabric softener. Always turn the garment inside out and use the wool cycle with low spin. Gently reshape while wet. For hand washing, use lukewarm water and avoid wringing—press gently in a towel to remove excess moisture. Lay flat to dry on a towel and avoid radiators or tumble dryers.
